These terms govern use of the LinkedIn Outreach Action Center provided by Clair Insights. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

The Action Center helps users organize professional research, drafts, conversations, workflows, and contact safeguards. Features may change as the service improves.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy and lawfulness of data you add, and compliance with privacy, anti-spam, employment, advertising, and platform rules that apply to you. You must respect LinkedIn’s terms and the choices of every contact.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for harassment, deception, unlawful discrimination, credential abuse, bulk unsolicited messaging, circumvention of platform controls, or attempts to access another user’s records.

Outreach controls

Drafting and recording activity do not prove that a message was delivered. Messages are not sent by the server. A contact marked do-not-contact remains excluded until an authorized user explicitly removes that safeguard.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Clair Insights disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for third-party services, user content, or decisions made from incomplete data.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to protect users, contacts, or the service, or for material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
